Background Checks & Criminal History
Background Checks and Criminal History Check services are available to Fairburn Residents and Fairburn Businesses with Valid I.D.
The Fairburn Police Department provides background and criminal history checks from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. The fee for this service is $25.00.
In order to request a background check, you must complete the attached background check consent form, and the received reports are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of the authorization signature. The Fairburn Police Department DOES offer fingerprint-based background checks.
