When are tax bills mailed and when are they due?

City of Fairburn property tax bills are mailed at the end of October of each year. Payment must be received on or before the due date of December 15 to avoid penalty and interest. Payments can be made in person or mailed to Fairburn City Hall, 56 Malone Street, Fairburn, GA 30213.
