Revised Ballot Now Allows Fairburn Voters to Consider Alcohol Sunday Sales Question
Residents who participated in Early Voting on October 17 may now return to the polls to vote on this option.
A modification to ballots for the City of Fairburn now provides residents with the option to vote on whether to allow Sunday Sales of Distilled Spirits and Alcoholic Beverages. The Fulton County Department of Registration and Elections distributed the revised ballots on Tuesday, October 18.
Impacted precincts in the City of Fairburn include FA01A, FA01B, FA01C, and FA01D. All Fairburn residents who participated in early voting on Monday, October 17 will be allowed to return to the polls to vote only on this option.
Voters who voted via Advance Voting on October 17th may choose to return to vote on the Alcohol Sunday Sales option only from October 18 to November 4 at an Advance Voting location or report to their assigned polling place on Election Day, November 8.
Ballots cast after October 17 will not be affected.
