Annual Blue Light Christmas
The City of Fairburn Police Department hosts its Annual Blue Light Christmas, a heartwarming program designed to bring holiday cheer to families in need. Through this initiative, our dedicated law enforcement officers team up with local children to shop for Christmas gifts, spreading the magic of the season and fostering meaningful connections within our community.
What is Blue Light Christmas?
Blue Light Christmas is more than just a shopping trip. It’s an opportunity for our police department to partner with families experiencing financial hardships to ensure their children enjoy the joy and excitement of the holiday season.
Eligibility Criteria
To participate, children must meet the following requirements:
- Be 5-13 years old
- Reside within the Fairburn city limits
- Complete the application process and undergo a screening review
How to Apply
Applications for the Blue Light Christmas program are now available:
- In-person: Pick up an application at the Fairburn Police Department

Please ensure all required information is completed for your application to be considered. Families will be contacted if accepted into this year’s program.
