Tax Bills & Mailing
City of Fairburn tax bills are sent to the mailing address of the current owner as provided to us by the Fulton County Tax Assessors Office. Property tax records also reflect the owner of record, determined by ownership as of January 1 of the specified year. We attempt to send a copy of the tax bill to this address also. If you purchase property between January 1 and October 1 please contact our office at 770-964-2244, ext. 114 or email us to notify us of the change.
Please note as of August 1, 2017, the only forms of payment that will be accepted are: cash, credit card, cashier's checks or money orders.
