Recreation Facility Reservations - including Pavilions
The City of Fairburn Parks and Recreation offers outdoor facility rental spaces. Facility reservations are available to City of Fairburn residents and non-residents for various occasions, meetings, and small events.
Reservations must be made 30 days before your event date. A permit is required for all pavilion usage.
*2024 Pavilion Rentals are now available.
Security Deposits
A security deposit is required at the time of your reservation. Security deposit amounts per facility are as follows:
- Duncan Park Facilities: $100.00
- Fairburn Youth Center - Basketball Court: $100.00
- Fairburn Youth Center - Multipurpose Room: $100.00
- Fairburn Youth Center - (entire building): $200.00
- Frankie Arnold Stage and Courtyard: $200.00
Facility Rental Policies & Procedures
Rental fees must be paid in full at least ninety (90) days prior to the event date. All rental fees are non-refundable. A reservation change is available with no additional fees if notification is received fourteen (14) days prior to the reservation date. Reservations canceled less than fourteen (14) days prior to the rental date, will forfeit both security deposit and rental fees.
